The Fashion Design Industry Essentials is an
9-week online program that equips beginners with foundational skills in fashion design, branding, and industry practices.

Students will explore fashion history, concept development, textile selection, production, and branding, applying their knowledge through hands-on projects. By the end of the course, they’ll have developed a mini fashion collection, brand identity, and a professional portfolio to showcase their creative vision.

Introduction to Fashion Industry & Design Aesthetics

  • Textile manipulation and basic surface techniques

Fashion Media, Marketing & PR

Objective: Learn how to promote collections through media and marketing channels.

  • Lookbooks, editorial photography, and campaigns

  • Fashion PR: pitching to press and buyers

    Assignment: Create a digital marketing plan and launch content for your fashion brand

Final Portfolio & Presentation

Objective: Assemble a complete fashion portfolio and present your work professionally.
